Terms and Conditions

By accepting the merchandise or services customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Payment

All goods are payable prepaid, electronic funds transfer, Master Card, and Visa. A finance charge of .05% per day (1.5% per month), not to exceed the maximum allowable by law, shall be applied to all past due accounts by Integrated Network Solutions (herein known as Seller).

Risk of Loss

Please CAREFULLY examine merchandise upon receipt of delivery from carrier, any damages that has occurred in transit must be noted on carrier delivery record. If damages was not noticed at time of delivery, you MUST notify seller and carrier via phone or fax within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim reported after 48 hours of receiving goods will be considered an invalid claim.

Warranty

This limited warranty is extended only to the purchaser whose name is shown on the invoice for a period of one year from the invoice date excluding the CD-Recorder drives which carry a 6 months warranty from the invoice date. Seller assures under this limited warranty that product you have purchased is free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use during policy period. The policy period commences on the date of original invoice. During the policy period, seller will, for all products, at no additional charge, repair or replace defective parts with new parts or, at the option of seller, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. This limited warranty does not cover broken or marred cases or covers; or if the product is damaged by accident, improper installation, misuse, lightning, fire, water, or other acts or nature; or if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than seller; or if the serial number has been removed or tampered with. All memory modules and CPUs are sold with 20 days warranty from invoice date. AS-IS products do not have warranty.

Should the products prove defective, (other than memory modules and CPUs) purchaser's sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement with a refurbished unit as provided herein, in no event shall seller be liable for any loss of use, revenues , or anticipatory profit, or for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sale, use, operation, or inability to use of products sold.
Except as otherwise provided in this section, seller makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to any of the products, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness of or a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

This policy shall be deemed null and void if the following should occur:

  1. product manufacturer discontinues warranty for the product and does not replace with similar or like product; or
  2. product manufacture ceases to exist as a business entity.

Our standard labor charge for non-warranty repairs is $75/hour with a minimum charge of $30. Items left over thirty (30) calendar days, after final notice of completion has been sent by regular U.S. postal service becomes the property of the seller. Warranties on all service work is thirty (30) days from invoice date. The warranty is subject to proper use, operation and maintenance, of the equipment by customer. On all hard drive upgrades customer must have a full backup of there hard drive prior to the installation of new hard drive. Seller will not be responsible for any loss data.

Returns

To obtain an RMA number please fill out our RMA request form and fax to (949) 454-2601 or email to support@insc.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All RMA numbers must appear on the packing list (DO NOT write on the outside of the box), accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be shipped freight prepaid within ten days of the RMA number issued date. INSC has the right to replace the defective product with any equivalent product from different manufacture. All returns for credit within 10 days of purchase date, excluding original shipping and handling charges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on any software package.

No replacement, credit, or refund will be issued for any merchandise that has been altered, tampered with, or damaged whether intentionally or accidentally while in purchasers possession. Seller will not under any circumstances issue a CALL TAG for any defective product(s). Absolutely no refund on software.

Disputes

The parties expressly stipulate that any controversy whatsoever.
