INSC RoboCopier-4400 is a fully automated line of CD duplication systems with easy to use touch screen user interface. RoboCopier systems are designed for reliable operation and minimum operator training. Large CD capacity, large internal storage, high-speed recorders, LAN option and multiple job queue set these systems apart from competition.

RoboCopier-4400 is a standalone automated CD duplication system designed specifically for high-speed production with reliability and ease of use in mind. RoboCopier-4400 provides media capacity of 400 with four high-speed recorders and a high quality color inkjet printer.  The system stores up to thirty master CD images or ten master DVD images internally and allows for up to thirty jobs queued. 

Simple touch screen based user interface along with visual on line help screens enable users to create duplication jobs quickly with minimum or no training.  Users can queue as many as thirty duplication jobs and let the system duplicate and print up to 600 CDs unattended. 

The system can be used in Duplicate and Print mode, Duplicate only mode or Print only mode.  Software upgrade and CDR/DVDR firmware upgrade utilities keep the system software and recorder’s firmware up to date at all times.  

LAN Option adds network connectivity and 40GB of removable storage to RoboCopier system. Users can transfer and store ISO images on RoboCopier for duplication.  The removable storage allows for storage of virtually unlimited number of ISO images.

RoboRemote Option  adds capability to submit and monitor jobs from remote work stations using INSC client software. The client software enables the user to pre-master data CDs from files and folders in local machine or any shared machine on the network. The client software also enables the user to create and store CD images for multiple usage. The innovative approach to remote operation uses industry standard XML for job submission, command sequence, and status monitoring.  XML makes it very simple for customers to create their own client software to work with their existing process.
