Return Merchandise

To return any product for repair or other purposes to INSC, you need to obtain a RMA number. INSC will not accept any returned product with out a RMA number and proper packaging.

If you do not have the original packaging please ask us to supply you with proper packaging material. Pay special attention to packaging when you ship a CDR or CDROM drive. These drives are precision optical devices and any excessive shock will damage the optical system.

INSC CD COPIER systems need to be properly packaged with original foam and boxes. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging. Please note UPS and Fedex will not assume any responsibility for damages caused by bad packaging.

All RMA numbers must appear on the packing list (DO NOT write on the outside of the box), accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be shipped freight prepaid within ten days of the RMA number issued date. INSC has the right to replace the defective product with any equivalent product from different manufacture. All returns for credit within 10 days of purchase date, excluding original shipping and handling charges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
